US Air Force (USAF) AIRMAN First Class (A1C) Michael Lundin (left), and USAF AIRMAN (AMN) William Sword, Conventional Maintenance Crewmembers, 48th Munitions Squadron (MUNS), RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom (UK), work on a RAMS (Rapid Assembly Munitions System) to assemble these 1,000-pound bombs. The RAMS is used to put together bombs during wartime and critical situations. Assemblies such as these allow for the 48th Munitions Squadron to provide munitions and armament systems maintenance for three fighter squadrons
