Justin Montgomery, commander of the 742nd Support Maintenance Company (SMP), South Carolina Army National Guard, is interviewed by Ivan Rodrigo Sanchez Ortegon Sept. 25, 2013, at the Baman Maintenance Base, Baman, Colombia. Ortegon is with City TV, a news network in Bogota, Colombia, documenting the work the 742nd SMC is doing with the Colombian army maintenance personnel. The 742nd SMC is sharing experience and exchanging ideas and techniques with the maintenance personnel at the Baman Maintenance Base as part of the State Partnership Program between South Carolina National Guard and the Colombian military.
