U.S. Army Cpt. Dominique Parham, communications officer in charge (OIC) assigned to the 224th Sustainment Brigade, California Army National Guard, is recognized by the commander and command sergeant major of the 224th SB, Col. Jason E. Briggs and Command Sgt. Maj. Refugio Rosas, for successfully facilitating an effective communications plan with the 38th Infantry Division during Warfighter 19-1 at Camp Atterbury, Indiana, Oct. 10, 2018.
