U.S. Army Spc. Kyle Laskoskie, a 26-year-old native

U.S. Army Spc. Kyle Laskoskie, a 26-year-old native of Gilbertsville, Pa., who serves as a forward observer assigned to Company D, 2nd Battalion, 16th Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, is awarded the Army Commendation Medal with “V” device by Col. Joseph Wawro, the commanding officer of Task Force 4-1, at Combat Outpost Muqor, Afghanistan, Dec. 11, 2012.
