U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Darryl Tyson, 149th Seaport Operations Company, 10th Transportation Battalion, 7th Transportation Brigade (Expeditionary) cargo specialist and Fort Eustis Color Guard NCO in charge, gives commands and critiques to members of the Ft.
