U.S. Army Task Force Lifeliner medics receive training from a U.S. Air Force aeromedical evacuation crew on how to safely move patients on and off of a C-130 Hercules aircraft during a joint training exercise at Bagram Airfield, in Parwan province, Afghanistan, Aug. 22, 2013. The training gave Soldiers the opportunity to learn new techniques, how to communicate with Airmen during an aeromedical evacuation incident, and to better prepare them for real world joint operations.
