US Army (USA) Sergeant First Class (SFC) Juan Dometriz, explains the procedures of unloading and loading patients on to a USA MH-60 Blackhawk (Black Hawk) helicopter. The training, conducted by the USA 43rd Medical Company (Air Ambulance) (MED CO (AA)), was conducted with and without the helicopter's blades running. The Army's air ambulance unit conducts the training for medics and firefighters at the beginning of each Air Expeditionary Force (AEF) rotation into Tallil Air Base (AB), Iraq (IRQ) in support of Operation IRAQI FREEDOM
