U.S. Marine Corps Col. David Banning, Commanding Officer, Marine Rotational Force - Darwin, speaks to Marines and members of the Australian Defence Force in Northern Territory, Australia, Sept. 2, 2020. U.S. Marines and the ADF conducted a shore-to-shore movement of vehicles, equipment and personnel during exercise Koolendong 20. A civilian contracted barge was used to better simulate real-world conditions in order to deliver military humanitarian aid.
