Paul Riley, a native of Philadelphia, and Combined Anti-Armor Team 1 platoon sergeant assigned to Battalion Landing Team 3/2, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), unhooks gear that was lowered using belaying techniques during high rope suspension training from a static MV-22B Osprey on the USS Kearsarge (LHD 3), July 23, 2013.
