U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Brian Carter, a food service specialist with 2nd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, displays his meal prepared for the Chef of the Quarter cook-off competition at Anderson Hall aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii, August 23, 2017.
