U.S. Navy Boatswain's Mate Seaman Apprentice Jasmine Jackson, assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), rings a ceremonial bell to render honors during the ship's change of command ceremony Jan. 31, 2014, in Polaris Point, Guam. During the event, Capt. Mark Benjamin assumed command of the ship from Capt. Pete Hildreth.
