US Navy Interior Communications Electrician 1ST Class (IC1) Andrew Buckland, a broadcast systems maintenance technician assigned to the Fleet Imaging Command Atlantic, Norfolk, Virginia, holds his wire cutters in his mouth while splicing wires for a field phone. The field phones will provide the primary means of communications for the participants of Contingency Support Operations Course (CSOC) 97-8.
