Summary

U.S. Navy Reserve Cmdr. Michael Cakovic, a perinatologist from Naval Operation Support Command, conducts a Subject Matter Expert Exchange with the staff of a clinic in the Izabal District, Guatemala, Aug. 12, 2014. The Southern Partnership Station 14 (SPS14) Medical Engagement Team provides subject matter expert exchanges with local medical professionals as well as lending their help with seeing patients at clinics and hospitals in the Izabal District. SPS14 is a combined joint exercise focused on subject matter expert exchanges with partner nations and security forces as well as military to military engagements and community relations projects in Central America.
