US Navy (USN) Captain (CAPT) Bill DEvine, USN, Chaplain, helps children shovel dirt during a community service project by USN Sailors from the USN Amphibious Command Ship (LCC) BLUE RIDGE (LCC 19) at the Boarding School No. 1 Orphanage in Vladivostok, Russia (RUS). During their four-day visit, USN Sailors from the the BLUE RIDGE and embarked 7th Fleet staff also teamed up to paint and clean the orphanage. They also donated coloring books, cookies and clothes to underprivileged children. The American Sailors are currently in Vladivostok to foster camaraderie between USN and Russian Federated Navy (RFN)
