US Navy (USN) Sailors assigned to Submarine Force, US Pacific Fleet raise American Flags over the World War II (WWII) Submarine Memorial at Naval Base Pearl Harbor, Hawaii (HI). Cassias, will present the Flags to family members of the crew of the USN Fleet Class Submarine, USS LAGARTO (SS 371) during a memorial service at the Wisconsin Maritime Museum in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.
