Vice Adm. John Miller, commander, U.S. Naval Forces Central Command, speaks to sailors and family members during a town hall meeting. NAVCENT is responsible for an area of approximately 2.5 million square miles, including the Persian Gulf, Red Sea, Gulf of Oman, parts of the Indian Ocean and 20 countries.
