YAP, Federated States of Micronesia (Dec. 8, 2018) – U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Stephen Reagin, bottom, a military policeman with Law Enforcement Detachment, Task Force Koa Moana, is handcuffed by Yap Police Officer Joseph Giltmog, an officer with Yap State Police Force, during a proper handcuffing techniques class, at the Yap Medical Center, Dec. 8. The detachment conducted the training to expand the Yap Police Force’s law enforcement knowledge and reinforce their abilities to stop crime on the island. Koa Moana conducted the training as part of the Task Force's continued multilateral engagements designed to strengthen and enhance relationships among the United States and partner nations in the Indo-Pacific and South Pacific regions.
