Ceremonies - Navy & Marines - The Return of the Victory Feelt to New York. With clocklike precision, which is so characteristic of the United States Navy, America's majestic fleet moved up the Hudson River through a heavy snowstorm. After the review of the fleet by Secretary Daniels, half of the sailorscame ashore to partake in a parade down Fifth Avenue where they were cheered by thousands of people.
