On the morning of June 6th, 1996, a line of IFOR (Implementation Force) and ICTV (International Criminal Tribune for the former Yugoslavia) vehicles and personnel wait in line to leave Lodging Area Lisa. A high mobility multi-purpose wheeled vehicle (HMMWV) is first in line. The IFOR soldiers are from the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1ST Armored Division, Task Force Eagle near Vlasnica, Serbsca and are there in support of Operation Joint Endeavor
