U.S. Navy Vice Adm. John C. Harvey Jr., CHIEF of Naval Personnel, throws out the ceremonial first pitch during a Major League Baseball game between the Cleveland Indians and Toronto Blue Jays at Jacobs Field, Cleveland, Ohio, on Aug. 28, 2006. Vice Adm. Harvey was participating in events kicking off Cleveland Navy Week 2006, which runs from Aug. 28 to Sept. 4. Twenty-six such weeks are planned this year in cities throughout the U.S., arranged by the Navy Office of Community Outreach (NAVCO) to enhance Navy awareness in communities with limited Navy exposure. The automatic flight control system trainer was developed by the Boeing Company for maintenance training on the automatic flight control system of the E-3A Sentry aircraft. Systems represented on the trainer include the yaw dumping for rudder control, the roll autopilot for aileron control, and the pitch autopilot for elevator/stabilizer control
