Four VIPs stand at the end of a pre-fabricated Bailey bridge built by US Army Soldiers from Alpha Company, 41st Engineering Battalion, 10th Mountain Division, Fort Drum, New York. The bridge was dedicated the Sean Devereaux Bridge in memory of the UNICEF worker who died while working to feed thousands of starving people in the southern region of Somalia.
