[Severe Storms, Tornadoes, and Flooding] Oakville, Iowa, July 6th, 2008 -- A truck dumps a load of rock into a levee breech as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers works to repair a road to improve access into Oakville, and at the same time contain the flow of  the Iowa River, which breached it's levee in mid June.
