[Hurricane Katrina] New Orleans, LA, February 20, 2006 - FEMA's Community Relations Team conducts a meeting in the ballroom of Carnival Cruise Ship Ecstasy for hurricane victims that currently reside onboard the vessel. The objects in this collection are from The U.S. National Archives and Defense Visual Information Distribution Service.
