CAPT. Doug Schaare, F-16CJ pilot assigned to the 389th Fighter Squadron at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho, poses near his aircraft. He is a SEAD (Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses) pilot. The F-16CJ is equipped with HARM (High-speed Anti-Radiation Missiles) and the Maverick AGM-65 air-to-ground missiles.
