Boston, Mass. , November 24, 2009 -- FEMA Deputy Administrator Richard Serino helped serve Thanksgiving dinner at Tuesday's 14th Annual Table of Friends Thanksgiving dinner hosted by Garden Neighborhood Charities at Boston's TD Garden. Serino, along with other volunteers, served turkey dinner with all the trimmings to more than 600 guests.
