The target can simulate aircraft or cruise missiles in a variety of threat profiles. The BQM is operated and maintained by Fleet Composite Squadron Six (FLECOMPRON SIX) aerial target detachment two homeported at Dam Neck, Virginia. The objects in this collection are from The U.S. National Archives and Defense Visual Information Distribution Service. The U.S. National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) was established in 1934 by President Franklin Roosevelt.
