Actress Halley Berry signs autographs for US soldiers at Tuzla Main Base, Bosnia-Herzegovina, during Operation JOINT GUARD. On December 20, 1996, the Implementation Force (IFOR) mission came to a conclusion and the 1ST Infantry Division was selected to continue serving in Bosnia as part of the new Stabilization Force (SFOR). The objects in this collection are from The U.S. National Archives and Defense Visual Information Distribution Service. The U.S. National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) was established in 1934 by President Franklin Roosevelt.
