Severe Storm - Pasadena, Calif. , April 22, 2011 -- Helen DuBois, FEMA Tribal Mitigation Manager and Anthony Wright, Mitigation Data Specialist prepares a box of FEMA publications on mitigation and emergency preparedness for the Pala Band of Mission Indians' Earth Day Celebration. The U.S. National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) was established in 1934 by President Franklin Roosevelt.
