US Army Reserve, Sergeant (SGT) Thomas of the 304th Psychological Operation (PSYOPS) Unit hands a Stabilization Force (SFOR) publication to a boy in the town of Rudo, inside the Republic of Serbska, Bosnia-Herzegovina. Thompson's job is to gain rapport with the locals and assist them with basic needs like school books, supplies and often the connection of a phone line in rural villages.
