US Air Force AIRMAN First Class Joe Martin, 41st Rescue Squadron at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia, reconnects the tail-rotor on one of the first two American HH-60 Blackhawk helicopters that will participate in "Operation Atlas Response" on Mar. 7, 2000.
