As seen through a Night Vision scope, an Air Force C-17 Globemaster III co-pilot inspects a circuit panel in the cockpit while enroute to deliver the Tri-Wall Aerial Delivery System (TRIADS) loaded with Humanitarian Daily Rations (HDR's). Air Force C-17s delivered HDRs in Support of ENDURING FREEDOM from Germany to Afghan refugees who have massed inside the borders of Afghanistan. The objects in this collection are from The U.S. National Archives and Defense Visual Information Distribution Service.
