Severe Storm - Pasadena, Calif. , April 22, 2011 -- Helen DuBois, FEMA Tribal Mitigation Manager and Anthony Wright, Mitigation Data Specialist prepares a box of FEMA publications on mitigation and emergency preparedness for the Pala Band of Mission Indians' Earth Day Celebration.
