Air Force C-17's delivered Humanitarian Daily Rations (HDR) in support of Oration ENDURING FREEDOM from Germany to Afghan refugees who massed inside the borders of Afghanistan. The objects in this collection are from The U.S. National Archives and Defense Visual Information Distribution Service. The U.S. National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) was established in 1934 by President Franklin Roosevelt.
