Earthquake - Calexico, Calif. , June 18, 2010 --After a 7. 2 magnitude earthquake struck Jefferson Elementary School, the computer classroom was destroyed when the ceiling tiles collapsed and left a layer of dust and asbestos across the room. The objects in this collection are from The U.S. National Archives and Defense Visual Information Distribution Service. The U.S. National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) was established in 1934 by President Franklin Roosevelt.
