On March 17, 2006 soldiers from Bravo, 2-22 Infantry from Military Police Liberty and Iraqi soldiers from 3rd Brigade, 6th Iraqi Army Division located on Forward Operating Base Constitution held a MEDCAP for citizens of Bassam Village. The MEDCAP was held at Kardum Shihan School near Route Whalers. The purpose of the operation was to assist with humanitarian Iraqi Army needs and develop targetable intelligence.
