MND SE is a predominantly French division (approximately 60 percent) with staff and force augmentation from equal portions (approximately 15 percent) of German and UK forces, the remaining 10 percent of forces are provided by Spanish, Italian, and Moroccan forces. US and Canadian forces comprise a very minor level of manning to this division. The French call this building the "Division Multinationale Sud-Est Post De Comandement"

The solution to the problem is the Mabey and Johnson Bridge which is to be built by the Hungarian Engineering Contingent.
