The Romanian Stablization Force (SFOR) soldiers were able to get the generator in place by using a M998 High-Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) to pull it up the ramp and onto the concrete slab during Operation JOINT GUARDIAN.
