Private First Class B. W. Robinson scans a LOGMARS (Logistics Application for the Marking and Reading of Symbols) label from a piece equipment brought off of the Steam Ship (SS) SGT Matej Kocak (T-AK 3005). The scanning of these labels, and the data contained within, can be transmitted up through the levels of command, allowing anyone to get a quick snapshot of what equipment is ashore during a Maritime Prepositioning Ship (MPS) offload.
