{160907-N-VC432-027} CARTAGENA, Colombia (Sep. 7, 2016)- Builder First Class Rafael Whitson, Builder Second Class Ryan Canny and Steelworker Second Class Moises Vargas, all assigned to Navy Mobile Construction Battalion 133, go over the details of rebuilding a footbridge for the Cabildo Indigena Zenu community in Colombia; the project is part of Southern Partnership Station 2016 (SPS-16). SPS16 is an annual deployment of U.S. ships to the U.S. Southern Command's area of responsibility in the Caribbean and Latin America.
