190401-N-XN169-1152 NORFOLK (April 1, 2019) Seaman Andre McNeil, from the District of Columbia, stands watch on the bridge wing during a sea and anchor evolution aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Mason (DDG 87). Mason departs Naval Station Norfolk as part of Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Group’s (ABECSG) deployment in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in U.S. 5th, 6th and 7th Fleet areas of responsibility.
