APRA HARBOR, Guam (July 10, 2019) Sailors assigned to Navy Cargo Handling Battalion (NCHB) 1, NCHB 5, and NCHB 13 maneuvers the docking module for the Improved Navy Lighterage System (INLS) over the side of the Military Sealift Command maritime prepositioning force ship USNS 2nd Lt. John P. Bobo (T-AK 3008) during lift on lift off (LOLO operations. The integration of active and reserve Navy Cargo Handling Battalions, Naval Beach Group 1, and Maritime Prepositioning Ships Squadron (MPSRON) 3 for INLS LOLO increases Maritime Prepositioning Force (MPF) interoperability, proficiency and theater familiarization in support of any contingency in the Indo-Pacific.
