Selva, Air Mobility Command commander, Scott Air Force Base, Ill., at the end of his visit to the 436th Airlift Wing, Dec. 6, 2012. Selva visited the base to introduce himself to Team Dover at an All Call during a tour of AMC wings throughout December.
