A conservation law enforcement officer, with Environmental Affairs, remove rocks, sticks and other various objects before building a water guzzler at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, Calif., Jan. 4, 2019. Members of the San Bernadino County community joined together with the California Conservation Corps to build a water guzzler in an effort to provide natural resources needed to sustain the bighorn sheep population in the surrounding area.
