A detainee speaks with the Multi-National Forces Review
Summary
A detainee speaks with the Multi-National Forces Review Committee concerning his detention at Camp Bucca. The task of the MNFRC, made up of three military officers, is to determine whether the detainee remains an imperative threat to security. That determination is based on evidence, intelligence and any new information related to his detention. Each of the more than 24,000 detainees in the care and custody of coalition forces in Iraq appear before the MNFRC every six months of their detention.
