A landing craft air cushion attached to Amphibious Craft Unit Four begins its final approach into the well deck of the multipurpose amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5) Oct. 31. Bataan can fit three LCACs into its well deck used for Marine unit embarkation and debarkation. Sailors from the Bataan Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and Marines assigned to the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) are participating in ARGMEU exercises.
