Summary

A Marine with II Marine Expeditionary Force uses binoculars to search for practice targets set by the course instructors at the Division Combat Skills Center aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., March 9, 2015. Training to develop a better understanding of how to locate, identify and describe targets in detail is vital to Marines in the designated marksman role. Ten targets of different sizes, shapes and colors were placed in an open lot for the Marines to locate and exercise their identification skills.
