Afghan Border Police recruits listen to Afghan National Police and coalition guest speakers during the recruits' initial police training course graduation ceremony at the Spin Boldak Police Training Center in southern Afghanistan, May 31. Seventy-nine ABP recruits completed the eight-week course, which taught lessons in self-defense, checkpoint operations, radio communications, firearms, law, ethics, human rights and response to terrorist incidents.
