Mud in roads is so deep that it is impossible to do any trucking with automobiles on side streets. Main street is paved so poorly trucking is very difficult. Street car runs over six mile route, up main street of city. Fare is sixty kopecks (nominally 35 cents) for each of three "fare stages" and has to be paid in postage stamps
