American sailors tour a local monument during a visit to the port city. Two American vessels, the guided missile cruiser USS HARRY E. YARNELL (CG-17) and the guided missile frigate USS KAUFFMAN (FFG-59), are visiting Poland in conjunction with BALTOPS '90, a NATO exercise in the Baltic Sea. Their visit represents the first such port call by American vessels since 1927
