An Amphibious Assault Vehicle with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit carrying members of the 2nd Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment, approaches Dundee Beach in Northern Territory, Australia, July 11 during a beach landing as part of Exercise Talisman Sabre 15. TS15 provides an invaluable opportunity to conduct operations in a combined, joint, and interagency environment that will increase both countries’ ability to plan and execute contingency response, from combat missions to humanitarian assistance efforts.
